Overview

Lead execution of site safety program on assigned projects. Own safety compliance and training initiatives. Drive continuous improvement of safety outcomes across all assignments. This role differs by focusing on direct field engagement and hands-on safety leadership.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Build working relationships with customer representatives project staff and subcontractor safety representatives
  • 2Assist in creating accurate safety reports and accident investigation documents
  • 3Facilitate safety trainings and orientations aligned with project specifics and schedules
  • 4Ensure compliance with the company’s current safety manual policies and expectations
  • 5Represent company professionally with customers and subcontractors
  • 6Create and maintain field observations coaching auditing and engaging craft employee-owners
  • 7Help project supervision resolve safety problems and issues in the field
  • 8Fill in for site HSE manager during absences

Requirements5

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 22 years of maintenance and construction experience
  • 3OSHA 30 (OSHA510 preferred)
  • 4Must pass pre-employment physical drug screen and background check
  • 5Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States
