Requirements10
- 1Demonstrated ability to present to executive leadership groups
- 2Certification in worker compensation
- 3Leadership experience managing safety teams in construction or service environments
- 4Proven track record as Safety Manager or equivalent senior role
- 5Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and best practices
- 6Understanding of compliance obligations across multiple regulatory bodies
- 7Excellent analytical problem-solving capabilities
- 8Effective communication and presentation skills
- 9Availability to travel significant portions of the work week
- 10Bachelor’s degree in risk management finance business administration or related discipline
