SaaS Client Migration & Support Lead
Overview
Lead the migration of our client base from TSC1099 V1 to V2. Build and run the migration playbook. Serve as the senior point of contact for institutional accounts. Scale the process across the full client base.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and run the end-to-end migration plan
- 2Manage a portfolio of migrating accounts as the senior escalation point
- 3Lead and supervise a team of technical support and customer service staff
- 4Guide clients through data mapping, file-format changes, testing, and validation
- 5Coordinate with development team and production to optimize migrations
- 6Track progress against milestones and report status to leadership
- 7Transition to a platform product management role post migration
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading technical teams
- 35+ years experience with Python
- 43-5 years working with AWS
- 52-5 years implementing React components
Salary Insight
$110 - $130k per year
