You will own the technical direction for a Ruby on Rails platform that supports millions of users, leading a team of five engineers. Your stack spans Java microservices and a React frontend. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead the Ruby on Rails development team in designing and building scalable web applications.

- 8Ship new features end-to-end, from database migrations to frontend integration in React.
- 9Optimize database queries for PostgreSQL to reduce latency by 30%.
- 10Debug production issues and implement hotfixes across services.
Requirements9
- 15+ years building web applications with Ruby on Rails.
- 23+ years leading engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
- 3Strong proficiency in Java and React for full-stack work.
- 4Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis in production.
- 52+ years deploying to AWS (EC2, RDS, ECS) with Docker.
- 6Familiarity with RSpec and Capybara for testing.
- 7Track record of architecting microservices and event-driven systems.
- 8Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
- 9Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
