Route Sales Representative, Food Service & Customer Care
Overview
Own and manage a customer route in the Kent area servicing restaurants and commercial kitchens with hands-on problem solving. After paid training, you’ll restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on dishwashers, and build relationships using a company vehicle. You’ll operate independently within a fast paced customer service environment and represent Auto-Chlor System in the field.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain a customer route through daily on-site visits
- 2Restock chemical products and perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers
- 3Service customers in the Kent area and resolve issues
- 4Develop strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- 5Coordinate using a company vehicle and company-provided tools to complete tasks
- 6Handle on-call rotation approximately every 5-6 weeks
- 7Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements
- 8Document service activities and maintain accurate records
- 9Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- 10Support onboarding and training for new hires or internal processes
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Background check and drug screening post-offer
- 3Must be comfortable operating motor vehicles and handling industrial chemicals
- 4Ability to work a 45+ hour week, Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation
- 5Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
