Overview
You'll own daily water delivery and customer service across residential, commercial, and retail routes in the Tampa area, serving over 150,000 retail outlets for Primo Brands, a leading North American beverage company. You'll operate a CDL Class B commercial vehicle, build relationships with customers, and drive growth through upselling premium hydration products. Reporting to the Tampa distribution center, you'll work Monday-Friday with a 6am start, earning $75,000-$90,000 annually with uncapped commission. What You'll Do8
- 1Drive a CDL Class B commercial vehicle on assigned routes, following safe driving practices and completing DOT documentation daily.
- 2Deliver correct products to each customer's preferred location during scheduled timeframes, ensuring premium service and satisfaction.
- 3Upsell additional products and services to existing customers, achieving monthly customer acquisition goals and adhering to pricing guidelines.
- 4Maintain accurate delivery records, including cash and receipts, for all accounts.
- 5Clean and service customer water dispensers, following a strict quality process to ensure hygiene and functionality.
- 6Identify route efficiencies and bring actionable solutions to leadership to optimize daily operations.
- 7Support team decisions and assist colleagues when needed to meet business demands.
- 8Adhere to all safety policies, including no electronic device use while driving and prompt incident reporting.
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- 2Ability to secure and maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (Primo Brands provides certified CDL training).
- 3Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
- 4Ability to work independently and in varied weather conditions.
- 5Ability to lift and carry 250+ units daily, each up to 45 lbs, using handling tools as needed.
- 6Ability to climb in/out of commercial vehicle 40-55 times per day.
- 7Ability to work 45+ hours weekly, with variable start/end times.
- 8Must obtain a DOT medical card and be 21+ years old.
- 9Clean driving record for the last 3 years: no suspensions, revocations, disqualifying offenses, more than 2 moving violations, or major violations like DUI/DWI.
- 10Must meet physical demands: sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling.
