What You'll Do9
- 1Clean guest rooms to Starwood standards, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- 2Restock amenities and linens, ensuring each room is fully equipped for the next guest.
- 3Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the front desk or maintenance team.
- 4Respond to guest requests promptly, providing extra towels, pillows, or other items.
- 5Maintain public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms, to keep them pristine.
- 6Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices, using green products and conserving water.
- 7Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support a 24-hour operation.
- 8Collaborate with housekeeping team to complete daily assignments efficiently.
- 9Uphold safety and security protocols, protecting guest privacy and property.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- 2Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for long shifts.
- 3Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- 4Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 5Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to coordinate with other departments.
- 6High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 7Must be authorized to work in the United States.
