RN/LPN Unit Manager The Greens at Gastonia Charlotte NC
Overview
We seek an experienced LPN or RN Unit Manager to lead our team at The Greens at Gastonia a Great Place to Work for four consecutive years. This full-time position involves overseeing daily clinical operations ensuring high-quality resident care while mentoring nursing staff.
What You'll Do7
- 1Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities on the unit
- 2Ensure care aligns with physician orders care plans and regulatory standards
- 3Conduct resident assessments and monitor condition changes
- 4Collaborate with physicians families and interdisciplinary teams
- 5Provide leadership coaching and support to nurses and nursing assistants
- 6Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- 7Assist with survey readiness and regulatory compliance efforts
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading long-term care teams
- 3Current unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license
- 4Current CPR certification
- 5Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 6Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience
- 7Strong clinical organizational and communication skills
- 8Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
