What You'll Do11
- 1Provide home health clinical services
- 2Ensure quality adequacy of services and supervise staff where required
- 3Monitor patient condition and notify appropriate personnel of changes
- 4Perform care as defined by client's Plan of Care within state nurse practice act
- 5Maintain clinical records compliant with local state and federal laws
- 6Counsel client and family regarding nursing and related needs
- 7Complete both visits and shifts as assigned
- 8Pass pre-employment drug screen
- 9Obtain state and federal criminal record checks
- 10Hold current CPR/BLS certification
- 11Submit required documentation for Wound Vacc certification
Requirements10
- 1Current unrestricted Texas RN/LVN license
- 22-5 years infusion experience preferred
- 3Eligibility to work in US
- 4Reliable car and auto insurance
- 5Pass state and federal criminal record checks
- 6Recent TB/Chest X-ray on record
- 7Wound care experience
- 8Lab draws and PICC care experience
- 9Port experience is a plus
- 10Ability to work with patients who have pets dogs cats
