What You'll Do5
- 1Assign tasks to Care Partners and Med Techs based on individual care plans and service plans.
- 2Serve as the clinical resource, coordinating communication with providers and ancillary services to direct resident care on the evening shift.
- 3Conduct daily wellness checks to monitor, evaluate, and treat residents with recent or ongoing condition changes, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- 4Coordinate resident medical appointments and transportation as needed.
- 5Model leadership by delivering high-quality service to residents, internal customers, and partners.
Requirements5
- 1Graduate of an approved RN program.
- 2Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence.
- 32+ years of nursing experience preferred.
- 4Current CPR certification.
- 5Ability to interact tactfully with residents, staff, and family members.
