Overview
Own the delivery floor on a 8-week travel assignment at a leading Georgia facility. Manage patient care for labor and delivery patients while collaborating with a staffed team. This role emphasizes high-quality patient outcomes in a fast paced environment.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and deliver RN level labor and delivery care in a 3x12 shift schedule
- 2Design and execute patient care plans for labor and delivery patients to achieve positive outcomes within 90 days
- 3Lead and coordinate with obstetric teams to ensure smooth patient flow and emergency readiness
- 4Ship/perform maternity assessments, fetal monitoring, and newborn care with attention to safety and protocols
- 5Own documentation, medication administration, and post partum handoffs with clear communication
Requirements6
- 1Two years of recent Labor and Delivery nursing experience
- 2Active Georgia RN license
- 3Availability for 3x12 night shifts
- 4Ability to travel and commit to an 8 week contract
- 5BLS and ACLS certifications current
- 6Strong communication and teamwork skills
Salary Insight
$46 - $48k per year
