Overview
We are seeking an RN Health Care Facility Surveyor to join our team in Atlanta Georgia. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between $75,000 and $90,000 annually. You will support internal and external customers while contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build scalable solutions using Python and AWS to automate survey processes
- 2Design and execute surveys leveraging React frameworks
- 3Lead cross-functional teams through independent decision making
- 4Travel up to 75 percent of the time for client engagements
- 5Maintain current RN licensure and complete CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training
- 6Ship comprehensive survey reports within defined timelines
- 7Debug technical issues encountered during data collection
- 8Drive continuous improvement by analyzing survey outcomes
- 9Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions
Requirements7
- 1Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
- 2Completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- 3Minimum two years of experience surveying long-term care facilities
- 4Active RN licensure with current state board approval
- 5Proven ability to prioritize tasks independently and collaboratively
- 6Strong communication skills for conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement
- 7Flexibility to travel frequently for on-site assessments
