- 1Provide leadership and strategic direction for Risk Advisory Services
- 2Translate firm vision into actionable business plans with measurable objectives
- 3Coordinate marketing initiatives and expand service offerings within client base
- 4Oversee practice profitability through resource coordination and fee collection
- 5Work directly with client executives to identify and manage financial and operational risks
- 6Develop in-depth client knowledge through hands-on engagement across multiple project aspects
- 7Think independently on client business systems to recommend process improvements
- 8Assess and optimize enterprise risk management across operational audit and SOX compliance
- 9Drive new business development in asset management across PA NJ and NY
- 10Produce executive summaries and final reports using internal audit methodologies
- 11Lead presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements9
- 1Strong candidate with CPA CIA or equivalent designation
- 2Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related program
- 3Ten plus years of experience in risk advisory internal audit or business process reengineering
- 4Five plus years of supervisory experience mentoring associates
- 5Proven track record building Risk Advisory practice and revenue in asset management
- 6Ability to travel for client engagements
- 7Experience with AWS and other cloud platforms relevant to risk advisory services
- 8Demonstrated expertise in internal controls and enterprise risk management frameworks
- 9Commitment to continuous learning and ethical integrity
