WIS seeks a motivated Retail Supervisor - Inventory to lead on‑site inventory operations across multiple locations. What You'll Do11
- 1Lead on‑site inventories at customer locations using WIS standardized processes to achieve operational excellence
- 2Assist with planning and executing District travel and equipment logistics
- 3Address immediate concerns during inventory events and ensure professional customer interactions
- 4Educate Inventory Associates on event procedures and provide guidance
- 5Demonstrate safe behaviors and maintain safety for all staff at events
- 6Act as backup to the Area Manager during scheduled events

- 8Maintain reliable transportation and flexible scheduling flexibility

Requirements10
- 1Minimum 21 years of age
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- 4Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- 5Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- 6Strong time management and attention to detail
- 7Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- 8Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- 9Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
- 10Willingness to comply with pre‑employment screening requirements
