What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver exceptional customer service using benchmark selling techniques for apparel and special‑occasion rentals
- 2Build lasting relationships with shoppers and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the visit
- 3Collaborate with associates to achieve daily sales targets and exceed store metrics
- 4Participate in visual merchandising and inventory projects to enhance store presentation
- 5Conduct accurate stock counts and manage fitting‑room operations
- 6Process purchases, exchanges, returns and store credits at the point of sale
- 7Assist with seasonal promotions and product launches to drive traffic and revenue
- 8Maintain clean and organized sales floors while supporting back‑office functions
- 9Uphold company policies and provide training to new hires as needed
Requirements5
- 15+ years building sales teams in retail environments
- 23-5 seasons managing high‑volume customer interactions
- 3AWS Certified cloud fundamentals preferred
- 4Python scripting for data analysis and reporting
- 5React knowledge for digital tool development
