- 4Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing purchases and maintaining a clean, stocked counter.
- 5Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and visually appealing.
- 6Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and visual presentation as needed.
- 7Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment by adhering to all safety standards.
- 8Uphold our values, policies, and procedures consistently.
Requirements8
- 11+ year of retail sales or customer service experience.
- 2Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly to feedback.
- 3Capability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
- 4Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 5Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and climb ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.
- 6Experience with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems.
- 7Openness to flexible scheduling and a customer-first mindset.
- 8Must be authorized to work in the United States.
