What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers upon entry, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate automotive parts and accessories using AutoZone product knowledge.
- 2Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and suggest suitable repair solutions.
- 3Restock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and organize inventory to keep store operations running smoothly.
- 4Process sales transactions at the point of sale system, following loss prevention policies to ensure accurate financial handling.
- 5Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and daily performance metrics.
- 6Follow all safety protocols, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to maintain a secure work environment.
- 7Support leadership by training new associates on store processes and customer service standards.
- 8Stay updated on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone internal systems.
Requirements7
- 1Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
- 2Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise, meeting physical demands of the role.
- 3Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- 4Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
- 5Strong communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English preferred.
- 6Previous retail experience in automotive or related field is preferred.
- 7Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification is a plus.
