What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every customer, identify their automotive needs, and recommend the right parts and solutions using AutoZone's product systems.
- 2Install wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs for customers, demonstrating proper techniques and safety practices.
- 3Use diagnostic tools to read error codes from customer vehicles and explain the issues and recommended repairs.
- 4Restock shelves and maintain inventory organization to ensure products are always available and easy to find.
- 5Handle cash transactions securely and follow loss prevention procedures to protect store assets.
- 6Drive sales by suggesting complementary products, services, and promotions that enhance the customer's purchase.
- 7Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily sales targets and store performance metrics.
- 8Enforce safety policies and wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when required to maintain a secure work environment.
