What You'll Do10
- 1Build personal connections with customers through needs discovery and product demos and make personalized recommendations
- 2Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout
- 3Own the cash wrap experience and ringing purchases while keeping the desk neat and stocked
- 4Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and inviting
- 5Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed
- 6Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies and procedures
- 7Provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment
- 8Demonstrate product knowledge to influence purchase decisions
- 9Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and deliver business results
- 10Stand, walk, lift, and climb ladders as required to service customers and stock shelves
Requirements5
- 1Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 2Previous sales or customer service experience preferred in retail
- 3Ability to de-escalate customer situations effectively
- 4Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending
