What You'll Do11
- 1Lead sales floor ensuring associates greet customers present credible product solutions
- 2Oversee ad set execution and visual merchandising standards
- 3Supervise freight flow merchandise processing cycle counts and asset tracking
- 4Participate in staffing training and scheduling to hire competent associates
- 5Provide coaching feedback on sales presentation customer satisfaction and visual standards
- 6Lead open and close procedures serve as floor leader or manager-in-charge
- 7Support loss prevention and prepare for physical inventory
- 8Partner with senior management and HR to handle human resources issues
- 9Generate sales execute corporate initiatives and maintain professional communication
- 10Handle multiple customers and relate to diverse technical expertise levels
- 11Execute sales and corporate programs with physical requirements lifting up to 50 lbs.
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 2Two or more years retail sales experience with direct accountability for sales and customer service
- 3Ability to communicate professionally and manage varied client interactions
- 4Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
