Retail Merchandiser - Walmart
Overview
You will own product availability for Acosta's client brands at one of the world's largest retailers, Walmart. Stock shelves, straighten displays, and place signage to ensure brands stand out. As the main contact with store management, you will represent Acosta Group in your assigned store. This role offers variety across categories and a flexible schedule, with no evenings, plus health plan options including no-copay telemedicine.
What You'll Do6
- 1Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products, and straighten shelves to maintain brand presence.
- 2Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store as directed.
- 3Use a company-issued mobile device to navigate multiple applications, including taking photos of completed work.
- 4Partner with Walmart store management and associates to coordinate merchandising activities.
- 5Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text to report work and resolve challenges.
- 6Own your assigned store by building relationships and becoming the go-to Acosta resource for clients.
Requirements6
- 118+ years old or older
- 2Access to reliable transportation to travel to and from retail locations
- 3Availability to work 5+ days per week, including Friday, for full-time, or 2-4 days for part-time
- 4Ability to start between 6am and 9am and work until 6pm, no evenings
- 5Comfort using a company-issued mobile device and multiple applications simultaneously
- 6Effective communication with store associates, managers, and team members
