Overview
Own the visual presentation of apparel and hardline merchandise in assigned stores across Long Branch, NJ. You'll drive sales by executing planograms and maintaining brand standards. Work with a dedicated retail team, reporting through the Winston App. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and direct impact on store performance.
What You'll Do6
- 1Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales of apparel and hardline merchandise.
- 2Replenish inventory and maintain product presentation standards across store floor sections.
- 3Submit detailed store visit reports using the Winston App, including before and after photos and written feedback.
- 4Coordinate with store management and team members on merchandising needs and schedule adjustments.
- 5Manage monthly project schedules to complete all assigned store visits by deadlines.
- 6Implement visual directives and maintain clean, organized displays that reflect brand identity.
Requirements6
- 1Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field preferred.
- 2Familiarity with planograms and visual directives essential.
- 3Strong attention to detail and creativity in product presentation.
- 4Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 5Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for entire shifts.
- 6Must own a smart device with iOS (iPhone 11 or newer) or Android (2020 or newer) for reporting.
