What You'll Do14
- 1Represent the Hopscotch brand with integrity and enthusiasm
- 2Interview and hire new retail staff alongside the General Manager
- 3Oversee training schedules and execution for all retail associates
- 4Create weekly schedules in collaboration with the General Manager
- 5Drive KPI reports across the brand with the General Manager
- 6Drive 5 star online reviews through guest engagement and encouragement
- 7Manage inventory weekly monthly quarterly and report discrepancies to the General Manager
- 8Process merchandise shipments following guidelines and report issues
- 9Engage guests via the HopShop using key talking points to boost sales
- 10Follow stocking and merchandising guidelines to maintain branding standards
- 11Take initiative in completing leadership tasks while anticipating shop needs
- 12Provide store insights to the General Manager during weekly leadership meetings
- 13Know all products in the HopShop to use as talking points
- 14Work independently and cooperatively as part of a team

- 1Reliable and responsive with strong attendance record
- 2Previous retail experience required
- 3Flexible scheduling availability including evenings holidays and weekends
- 4Comfortable meeting new people and talking with strangers
- 5Excellent verbal communication and creative ambition
- 6High energy self starter personality
- 7Willingness to stand for long periods in varying spaces
- 8Bold technology: Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 9Bold certification: CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 10Bold experience range: 5+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
