The Floor Lead works under the Store Manager to supervise staff and maintain high standards in a fast‑paced environment. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through effective team leadership.
What You'll Do11
- 1Create an unforgettable customer experience
- 2Take ownership of the sales floor and sales team to prioritize customer experience
- 3Prepare fitting rooms and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit
- 4Forge lasting relationships with customers by discussing product details and events
- 5Be knowledgeable about new products and share insights with the team
- 6Lead daily store operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is unavailable
- 7Motivate the sales team to achieve commission goals in a collaborative setting
- 8Seek new product knowledge in fashion and active‑wear to become an expert advisor
- 9Lead projects while focusing on customer experience
- 10Communicate inventory needs to support business objectives
- 11Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness during daily store closures and openings
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in fast‑paced environments
- 3Ability to lift and move products up to 30 lbs
- 4Willingness to work in bright lighting and music‑filled settings
- 5Strong organizational skills and proactive problem solving
- 6Experience with retail sales strategies and customer engagement
- 7Commitment to punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts
- 8High level of ownership and willingness to learn new procedures
- 9Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
