Retail Display Installer, Electronics Merchandising
Overview
As a Retail Display Installer for ActionLink, you will own the setup and maintenance of promotional displays for global clients like Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel across retail stores in the Peachtree City, GA area. Working up to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, you will ensure every display is flawless and on-brand. You will document each visit with same-day surveys and photos, reporting directly to your team. This role offers paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a clear path to higher-paying technical projects.
What You'll Do8
- 1Install and maintain promotional displays for Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel products at major retail chains.
- 2Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams to ensure proper assembly and placement.
- 3Troubleshoot display issues on-site, replacing damaged components and correcting misalignments.
- 4Submit same-day digital surveys with photos and feedback for every store visit.
- 5Manage your assigned territory efficiently, planning routes to minimize drive time and maximize productivity.
- 6Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure display integrity and resolve any setup conflicts.
- 7Complete general merchandising tasks (e.g., shelf resets, signage updates) as assigned.
- 8Maintain a professional appearance and follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience (preferred but not required).
- 2Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
- 3Strong attention to detail with ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
- 4Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
- 5Own a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with the latest OS; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
- 6Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel to multiple store locations.
- 7Available Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm; no weekends or evenings.
- 8Physically capable of standing, bending, stooping, and climbing ladders for extended periods.
