Retail Display Installer, Electronics & Merchandising
Overview
You will own installation and maintenance of promotional displays for major electronics brands at retail stores across the Denver area. Working with Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel, you will set up displays for HD TVs, home theater, appliances, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and audio gear. You will report to a field manager and collaborate with a small team, with up to 30 hours weekly, no weekends. This role suits a detail-oriented merchandiser who thrives on independent work and hands-on problem-solving.
What You'll Do8
- 1Install and maintain product displays for electronics clients at major retail stores within your assigned territory.
- 2Assemble and position displays for HD TVs, home theater systems, appliances, tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles.
- 3Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams to ensure accurate placement and setup.
- 4Troubleshoot display issues and perform routine maintenance to keep products visually appealing.
- 5Submit same-day digital surveys with photos and feedback after each store visit using a smart device.
- 6Coordinate with store staff and small teams to complete projects efficiently.
- 7Manage your own schedule and travel between multiple store locations daily.
- 8Participate in paid training to learn brand-specific display requirements.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience preferred.
- 2Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- 3Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel.
- 4Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with the latest OS update.
- 5Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
- 6Attention to detail and ability to follow complex written instructions.
