Retail Brand Experience Associate, Pasadena
Overview
Own the full guest experience at our Pasadena showroom, driving sales through in-person and digital channels. You will use CRM tools like TalkDesk or Intercom to manage customer follow-ups and virtual appointments. Partner with customer experience, production, and logistics teams to keep return rates low. This role blends retail sales with digital engagement, offering $21.00-$24.56 hourly plus monthly bonus potential. You will lift up to 200 lbs and stay on your feet all day in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Hit sales targets and KPIs individually and with the team, using CRM follow-ups to close deals.
- 2Master product knowledge and stay current on all offerings, procedures, and sustainability features.
- 3Resolve guest issues on the spot, turning problems into loyal customers and logging recurring feedback for internal teams.
- 4Keep the sales floor, windows, displays, and stock areas spotless and visually appealing at all times.
- 5Run in-person sales activities, chats, phone calls, and virtual appointments daily.
- 6Plan and execute community events that drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
- 7Track customer insights in CRM systems like Kustomer to reduce return rates.
- 8Collaborate with production and logistics to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- 9Lift up to 200 lbs using equipment and stand for long shifts, maintaining energy and focus.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably with live chat and CRM platforms.
- 2Experience tracking sales goals and KPIs, with a proven record of meeting targets.
- 3Passion for health, sustainability, and social responsibility aligned with our brand values.
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with video appointments and phone calls.
- 5Self-starter with a no-task-too-small attitude, eager to work weekends and holidays.
- 6Proficiency with Mac and Google Suite, plus experience with branded events or training is a plus.
- 7Ability to lift 200 lbs using aids, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- 8Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, with regular and predictable attendance.
