What You'll Do8
- 1Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- 2Assist customers and families with product education and purchasing decisions
- 3Create a welcoming and professional showroom experience
- 4Build strong relationships with customers and community partners
- 5Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- 6Maintain product displays inventory organization and store presentation
- 7Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- 8Support daily retail operations and team goals
Requirements7
- 1Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 3Ability to work with seniors caregivers and individuals with mobility needs compassionately
- 4Self-motivated with independent responsibility management
- 5Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 6Comfortable learning and explaining specialized products
- 7Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer experiences
Salary Insight
$38 - $45k per year
