What You'll Do7
- 1Greet customers entering and leaving the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- 2Maintain a clean and tidy work and shopping area, ensuring shelves and displays are organized.
- 3Merchandise the retail floor, arranging products to boost visibility and sales.
- 4Provide customer service, answering questions about magic and games products.
- 5Assist in running organized play and events, setting up tables and managing sign-ups.
- 6Process all cash and credit payments accurately using the POS system.
- 7Support other departments as work flow warrants, from stocking to inventory counts.
Requirements5
- 1Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and change.
- 2Basic computer and office skills, including using a point-of-sale system.
- 3Strong attention to detail in stocking, pricing, and customer interactions.
- 4Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- 5Experience in retail, customer service, restaurant, event center, or warehouse is preferred.
