Overview

- 1Guide each customer through the Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX), ensuring a personalized fit and product recommendation.
- 2Provide appropriate accessory recommendations and educate customers on the benefits of each Red Wing product.
- 3Generate industrial sales leads by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant solutions.
- 4Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals through proactive engagement and follow-up.
- 5Maintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards to reflect the Red Wing brand.
- 6Build product knowledge and technical expertise through continuous learning and training.
- 7Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- 8Uphold safety and legal standards in a retail environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds and performing housekeeping duties.
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2Must be age 18+ within 30 days of application.
- 31-2 years of relevant retail experience.
- 4Results-oriented with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- 5Proficiency in computer utilization for point-of-sale and communication tools.
- 6Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
- 7Willingness to perform housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning.
