Lead a high performing Verizon sales team across multiple states. Own hiring training development and coaching of up to 25 associates. Meet KPI targets while coordinating with store leadership. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the team to meet key performance indicator KPI goals
- 2Facilitate the hiring process including posting roles and interviewing
- 3Host team calls and meetings on a regular cadence
- 4Share best practices across direct reports peers and corporate support
- 5Attend off-site multi-day training as needed
- 6Support program reporting requirements
- 7Coordinate with store leadership to support activities training and engagement
- 8Become a mobile subject matter expert and evaluate direct reports effectiveness
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Must have Microsoft suite proficiency specifically PowerPoint Outlook and Excel
- 3Ability to work successful as part of a team
- 4Flexible schedule including holidays nights and weekends
- 5One year of supervisor experience
- 6Previous experience in sales customer service or related field
- 7Proven leadership acumen
- 8Group training experience both in-person and virtual
