As an Advisor Endzone & Loyalty at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you'll guide athletes through checkout, loyalty programs, and services while creating a seamless shopping journey. You'll work in a high-energy retail environment, build strong connections, and promote company programs like the customer loyalty program and private label credit card. This role is about delivering exceptional experiences and supporting the store team.
What You'll Do7
- 1Greet and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience with accurate product knowledge.
- 2Guide athletes through checkout and loyalty programs with confidence and expertise.
- 3Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
- 4Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment.
- 5Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
- 6Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
- 7Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- 3Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 4Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- 5Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- 6Willingness to learn and promote loyalty programs and services.
Salary Insight
