What You'll Do6
- 1Build guest orders accurately and efficiently, handling dine-in, takeout, drive-up, and catering orders
- 2Prepare food to Portillo’s standards and follow provided recipes for items like Italian Beef, burgers, hot dogs, fries, and salads
- 3Provide excellent customer service by calling out numbers with a rhyme to deliver completed orders
- 4Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace and ensure proper sanitation practices
- 5Assist in inventory and maintain food safety and quality during shifts
- 6Support team members and contribute to a positive, energetic work environment
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- 3Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- 4Adhere to food safety and sanitation policies
- 5Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
