What You'll Do25

  • 1Own and implement Crew Schedules and Inventory Management systems
  • 2Manage labor costs by evaluating needs against projected sales
  • 3Drive sales through customer satisfaction initiatives
  • 4Monitor waste levels and food costs to eliminate waste
  • 5Quality monitor product quality during shifts via customer walk-throughs
  • 6Track crew performance and provide feedback
  • 7Establish and communicate daily speed of service goals
  • 8Maintain restaurant cleanliness according to cleaning plans
  • 9Train crew on new products using Crew Orientation and Training process
  • 10Follow flowcharts to ensure prep and production goals are met
  • 11Control inventory levels to ensure product availability
  • 12Maintain security of cash products and equipment during shifts
  • 13Follow restaurant priorities set by General Manager or District Manager
  • 14Ensure proper execution of standards and procedures during shift management
  • 15Manage shift performance to achieve Q.S.C. level of 80% or better
  • 16Take proactive action when problems are identified
  • 17Follow procedures from operations manual and health department guidelines
  • 18Manage shifts using 'Managing Better Shifts' checklist

  • 1At least 5+ years of experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Strong knowledge of AWS Certified solutions
  • 3Proven ability to lead teams and reduce crew turnover
  • 4Familiarity with Wendy's systems including WeLearn and employee development programs
  • 5Physical stamina to stand for extended periods without breaks
  • 6Ability to meet all subordinate position requirements
  • 7Experience with state and federal employment laws
  • 8Certification in ServSafe
  • 9Flexibility for 40-hour work week across varied shifts
  • 10Availability to report to work promptly and work all day parts
  • 11Ability to move and inspect supplies throughout the restaurant
