What You'll Do9
- 1Recruit, select, and train restaurant employees, building a talent pipeline for Team Leader and management roles.
- 2Implement and audit training systems for all workstations, ensuring crew and management comply with procedures.
- 3Drive the Service Profit Chain to boost employee engagement, guest satisfaction, and sales.
- 4Ensure a clean, safe, and fun environment that aligns with the Brand Promise.
- 5Model excellent guest service, handling concerns promptly and ensuring positive resolutions.
- 6Monitor food quality and safety with HACCP standards, maintaining high health inspection scores.
- 7Analyze I&E reports, quality metrics, and health inspections to identify performance gaps.
- 8Execute action plans to improve sales and profitability, balancing cost and benefit decisions.
- 9Use management information tools to track labor, food costs, and budget adherence.
Requirements7
- 11+ years as an Associate Manager or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager, with 100% certification in all workstations (internal candidates).
- 23+ years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility (external candidates).
- 3ServSafe certification required.
- 4High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5Must be at least 18 years old and complete Restaurant Manager training classes.
- 6Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of a shift and lift 10-65 lbs.
- 7Valid driver's license, insurance, and personal vehicle for bank deposits and travel.
