Overview
You will own restaurant operations at a Marco's Pizza location, leading a team of up to 20 to deliver quality food and service. You will report to a District Manager and collaborate with Assistant Managers and Shift Leads. This role is a pipeline for promotion to General Manager, with relocation opportunities as part of our expansion.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead and develop a team of up to 20, fostering a culture of service and results.
- 2Source, interview, and train team members on processes, customer service, and policies.
- 3Plan and coordinate leadership meetings with Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Managers in Training.
- 4Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- 5Complete weekly and end-of-period inventory, and manage par levels and ordering.
- 6Create store action plans with marketing to drive sales and control costs.
- 7Track weekly KPIs and execute plans to meet financial goals.
- 8Ensure store and exterior maintenance, and handle deposits and safe security procedures.
Requirements4
- 13+ years of leadership experience, required.
- 21+ years of restaurant experience, preferred.
- 3Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
- 4Willingness to work about 50 hours per week, including some weekends.
