Residential Solar Inside Sales Representative

What You'll Do11
- 1Lead all residential field service operations including troubleshooting repairs and warranty work
- 2Manage daily field operations to maximize technician productivity and customer satisfaction
- 3Ensure service work is completed safely efficient and in accordance with quality standards
- 4Provide coaching leadership and technical support to field supervisors and technicians
- 5Partner with Service Center Case Managers to ensure seamless customer experiences from case creation through resolution
- 6Review daily service schedules and technician capacity to prioritize emergency and high-impact customer issues
- 7Optimize labor utilization while minimizing windshield time and overtime
- 8Recruit onboard train and develop high-performing field technicians
- 9Conduct regular ride-alongs field observations and performance coaching
- 10Develop technical capability across solar PV battery storage roofing interfaces electrical troubleshooting and monitoring systems
- 11Champion a safety-first culture ensuring OSHA compliance and conducting safety observations and audits
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Driver`s license required
- 3OSHA 30 certification
- 4Experience with Enphase SolarEdge Tesla FranklinWH and Generac systems
- 5Valid driver`s license with acceptable driving record
- 6Preferred NABCEP certification
Salary Insight
$80 - $90k per year
