Overview

Nexus Family Healing seeks a Residential Program Manager to lead our new youth crisis and stabilization center in Minneapolis. What You'll Do11

  • 1Develop and maintain treatment programming while ensuring staff-to-client ratios comply with licensing requirements
  • 2Oversee client treatment planning and strategy including intake processes and care plan implementation
  • 3Manage risk factors through analysis and solution development
  • 4Collaborate with leadership on policy creation and quality improvement initiatives
  • 5Lead recruitment and onboarding of qualified staff members
  • 6Provide trauma-informed care training and mentorship to team members
  • 7Conduct performance evaluations and develop individualized growth plans
  • 8Maintain confidential client records and report incidents appropriately
  • 9Facilitate team meetings and ensure clear communication across departments
  • 10Ensure compliance with health codes and safety procedures during daily operations
  • 11Respond to emergencies and perform First Aid CPR per established protocols

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in psychology social work or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2Minimum 5 years experience in community-based programs
  • 3At least 3 years supervisory experience
  • 4Valid driver's license and ability to meet state driving requirements
  • 5Ability to pass Therapeutic Crisis Intervention exam
  • 6Pass DHS criminal background check
  • 7Open to meeting cultural needs of diverse populations
  • 8Strong relationship-building skills with diverse communities
  • 9Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed practices
