What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct detailed inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- 2Treat approximately 12 to 14 homes per day using various pest control methods
- 3Perform home inspections focusing on points of entry for insects and rodents
- 4Communicate findings and treatment options to customers
- 5Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication
- 6Develop and execute daily routes tailored to specific customer needs
- 7Manage inventory and supply restocking at warehouse locations
- 8Drive vehicles as part of route operations
- 9Utilize diagnostic tools and pest control equipment effectively
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 6 months sales experience
- 2Minimum 6 months home inspection experience
- 3Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- 4Background check and drug screening clearance
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- 6Clean-shaven for safety purposes
- 7Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics
- 8Experience in pest control HVAC solar internet cable or other in-home technician roles
- 9Self-motivated and customer-focused attitude
