Overview
Direct Sales Representative - CCI Management Level Individual Contributor in Phoenix Arizona. Payroll position with variable compensation and sign-on bonus. Competitive base salary range $27,500-$41,300 plus $32,496 annual incentive. Two-installment payment schedule. Opportunity to channel energy into extraordinary sales experiences.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build lead generation strategies and execute door-to-door canvassing
- 2Drive sales of Cox data video and mobile services within assigned territory
- 3Assess residential customer needs and close deals from prospect to closure
- 4Develop face-to-face sales presentations and deliver them professionally
- 5Collaborate with homeowner associations and property managers for relationship building
- 6Train new hires and partner with cross-functional departments
- 7Participate in touchpoints across marketing and customer success initiatives
- 8Maintain ethical standards and represent Cox professionally
- 9Work evening and weekend shifts to maximize customer contact opportunities

Requirements11
- 1High school diploma GED or up to 2 years relevant experience
- 2Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- 3Proficiency with smartphone iPad and computer
- 4Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- 5Capacity to walk 1.5 miles daily and navigate stairs
- 6Carry iPad with case and light bag for 5+ hours daily
- 71+ years outside/field sales experience with quota achievement
- 8Prior experience in residential direct sales home security or telecommunications
- 9Strong communication skills and analytical mindset
- 10Ethical professional demeanor
- 11Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
