Overview
The Punchlist Tech leads property maintenance in Detroit ensuring high standards of service. This role focuses on proactive issue identification and independent execution of diverse repairs. Candidates will manage multiple properties while maintaining inventory and communicating effectively.
What You'll Do9
- 1Identify potential property issues impacting value
- 2Perform repairs across multiple trades independently
- 3Prioritize and document repairs according to SOP
- 4Operate motor vehicles and navigate confined spaces
- 5Climb ladders and access attics basements
- 6Communicate effectively with internal teams
- 7Maintain tool inventory and complete additional duties
- 8Drive vehicle to assigned locations punctually
- 9Follow safety protocols when using tools and equipment
Requirements8
- 12+ years residential handyman experience
- 2Valid driver's license with clean record
- 3Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 4Strong attention to detail
- 5Experience with Excel Word Outlook preferred
- 6High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Knowledge of carpentry drywall electrical plumbing basics
- 8Experience with Windows doors pressure washing
