We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVACInstaller to join our team on a series of ongoing commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and must be capable of both installation and equipment start-up of commercial HVAC systems. You will install commercial HVAC systems for Godby Heating Plumbing Electrical across Central Indiana, handling rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, VAV boxes, ductwork, and exhaust systems. You'll work with project managers, field supervisors, and other trades on office buildings, healthcare facilities, and retail centers, with steady year-round work on a Monday-Friday schedule. This role offers growth into Lead Installer positions and ongoing technical training, backed by a family-owned company with 50+ years of track record.

You will install commercial HVAC systems for new construction projects across the Indianapolis area, owning ductwork installation from start to finish. As a key member of our installation crew, you will work on multiple job sites, often with travel outside the city (mileage reimbursed). This role suits apprentices and journeymen who value hands-on work and steady project flow. You will collaborate with lead installers and general contractors to keep projects on schedule.
