- 1Build and inspect residential electrical systems and provide thorough explanations of services to clients
- 2Diagnose issues with transformers, transfer switches, and switch gears and implement effective repairs
- 3Lead on-site service calls and coordinate with customers on scheduling and expectations
- 4Ship timely maintenance and installation tasks to meet client needs and safety standards
- 5Own safety practices and on-call responsibilities while maintaining high levels of quality during all engagements
- 6Drive collaboration with team members to deliver consistent, reliable service and documentation
- 7Scale expertise through on-going certifications and access to company resources and benefits
- 8Maintain accurate records of services performed and client communications
- 9Improve service outcomes by applying best practices and lessons learned from each job
- 10Support business growth through referrals, training, and participation in bonus programs
Requirements10
- 13+ years of electrical experience
- 2Residential service experience
- 3Wireman, journeyman, OR master electrician license
- 4Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- 5Willingness to wear a mask if the client requests one
- 6Willingness and eagerness to work
- 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 8Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization
- 9Highly organized and detail-oriented
- 10Ability to work independently and in a team
