What You'll Do9
- 1Drive to assigned service locations and lead commercial electrical service calls, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
- 2Supervise and mentor Service Technician Helpers, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- 3Enforce safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to maintain a safe work environment on every call.
- 4Diagnose electrical issues with precision and ensure all work meets NEC and local codes.
- 5Document all work completed, including service reports, invoices, and project paperwork.
- 6Interact professionally with clients, addressing inquiries and building positive relationships.
- 7Manage tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring proper handling and maintenance.
- 8Collaborate with team members to execute projects on schedule.
- 9Stay current on electrical codes and emerging technologies to enhance technical skills.
Requirements8
- 1Texas Journeyman or Master electrician license required.
- 25+ years of commercial electrical experience with comprehensive system knowledge.
- 3Proven leadership ability to oversee and mentor a team.
- 4Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- 5Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability.
- 6Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 7Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varied weather.
- 8Willingness to use appropriate safety gear in all conditions.
