- 4Operate ServiceTitan and digital invoicing systems
- 5Perform code compliance checks and safety inspections
- 6Communicate clearly with homeowners about repair versus replacement
- 7Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver's license
- 8Work independently in varied outdoor environments year-round
- 9Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure full calendar availability
- 10Utilize iPads for diagnostics and dispatch management
- 11Drive customer satisfaction through empathetic problem solving
Requirements9
- 1Valid driver’s license with clean record
- 2Fluent in English
- 35+ years residential HVAC troubleshooting experience
- 4Strong physical stamina for standing walking kneeling and lifting
- 5Ability to work in hot or cold environments
- 6Experience with ServiceTitan platform
- 7Basic mechanical knowledge of heating and cooling systems
- 8Commitment to safety and code compliance
- 9Reliable vehicle for on-site service calls
