What You'll Do7
- 1Lead residential cleaning teams in customer homes, setting the pace for quality and efficiency.
- 2Perform high-quality recurring, deep, move-in, and move-out cleanings using Eco-Friendly products when available.
- 3Enforce company quality standards on every job, inspecting completed work for consistency.
- 4Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- 5Communicate professionally with customers, addressing any concerns or special requests.
- 6Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, keeping inventory stocked and tools in good condition.
- 7Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude, motivating others to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements7
- 12+ years residential cleaning experience required.
- 21+ year leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- 3Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- 4Strong attention to detail and ability to lift 25+ pounds.
- 5Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- 6Authorized to work in the United States.
- 7Ability to remain active throughout the day, including bending, kneeling, and standing.
