Requirements10
- 1Ph.D. in STEM with 15+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination

- 5Expertise in curriculum development and proficiency testing programs
- 6Strong budget management and resource allocation skills
- 7Security clearance for handling sensitive research materials
- 8Experience with Microsoft Office and research administration software
- 9FSPCA Lead Instructor and Trainer-of-Trainers certification
- 10Ability to work onsite in Chicago with occasional travel
