Overview

Own analytical method development for AAV gene therapy at scale within a multidisciplinary team. This role collaborates across research QC and process development to advance separation-based analytics and assay transfer. You will contribute to method development timelines, protocols, and reports while gaining exposure to regulatory and quality processes. This position offers hands-on experience with HPLC UHPLC CE-SDS and related analytical technologies in a growing biopharma environment.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and refine HPLC and CE-SDS based methods for drug substance and drug products resulting in robust transfer to QC and manufacturing
  • 2Collaborate with research QC and process development to create timelines, protocols, studies, and reports for method development and assay transfer
  • 3Author and review analytical and equipment logbooks, protocols, and reports to support data integrity and compliance
  • 4Assist in timely execution of in-process analytics, data review, and preparation of summary reports
  • 5Support ongoing troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of analytical instrumentation to minimize downtime

Requirements5

  • 1BS or equivalent in a relevant discipline with 2-5 years of relevant industry experience or Master's with 0-2 years relevant experience
  • 2Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred with analytical method development exposure
  • 3Hands-on experience in HPLC and other separation-based technologies including knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting
  • 4Willingness to take on new challenges to bring novel medicines to the clinic
  • 5Excellent organizational and communication skills
