Renovation Project Specialist - Santee CA
Overview
Coordinate renovation and new construction projects by consulting with vendors and tracking orders. Partner with sales customers and vendors to provide specifications and quotes. Manage staged product deliveries and resolve issues. Relay pricing factors to vendors for special orders. Assist with product selection and generate quotes. Create quote presentations for sales reps. Maintain accurate project status updates. Conduct sourcing for vendors outside standard catalogs. Perform other duties as assigned. Complex problems escalated to supervisor. Regular review by senior coworker or supervisor. Location in a comfortable environment with occasional exposure to dust fumes odors. Most time spent sitting with opportunities to move. Overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Requirements5
- 1HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- 2Specialized skills training or certification may be required
- 3Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility
