What You'll Do9
- 1Build trust and long-term relationships through engaging, consultative conversations with pre-qualified warm leads
- 2Conduct needs analysis to tailor personalized insurance solutions
- 3Deliver virtual presentations educating clients on Life Insurance IULs and Annuities
- 4Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to policy implementation
- 5Maintain CRM organization and track client interactions using proven systems
- 6Ship policies and coordinate follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
- 7Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities within the existing portfolio
- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings
- 9Participate in ongoing development programs with dedicated mentors
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading remote sales teams
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification required
- 5AWS Certified preferred
- 65+ years experience with data tools
- 7Strong communication skills for remote client engagement
- 8Self-motivated with proven ability to succeed independently
- 9Growth mindset with commitment to continuous learning
- 10Ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment
Salary Insight
$85 - $150k per year
